Quotation and availability
A draft itinerary or budgetary quotation is an invitation to review options. It is not a confirmed reservation. Rates, availability, taxes, entry rules and schedules are checked again before you approve the final booking and payment.
What your final confirmation includes
We will identify the itinerary, travel dates, travellers, selected accommodation and transport, meals, inclusions, exclusions, payment milestones, tax treatment and relevant supplier conditions in the written confirmation.
Changes and cancellation
Tell us as soon as your plans change. We will review the specific hotel, transport and activity terms attached to your booking and share the available rescheduling or cancellation options. Fees and refund eligibility depend on those written supplier terms and the stage of booking.
Refund handling
After a cancellation is accepted, we will provide a written breakdown of supplier deductions and any service charges already agreed in your confirmation. Refund timing depends on when each supplier returns funds and the payment method used. We will update you on the status.
Travel documents and access
Travellers are responsible for providing correct names and documents. We can assist with visa, passport, permit and accessibility planning, but approval by authorities and access at destinations remain subject to their rules.
